Dial M For Murder in 3-D

Ongoing

Dir. Alfred Hitchcock. 1954, 105 mins. New restoration in Dolby Digital 3-D. With Grace Kelly, Ray Milland. Hitchcock’s single foray into 3-D filmmaking uses the format brilliantly. A claustrophobic thriller about a jealous fading tennis champion’s plan to murder his wife, the action unfolds almost entirely in a cramped apartment. Hitchcock uses the confined space, props, and sets in a highly expressive fashion.
