Flushed Away

Ongoing

Dirs. David Bowers, Sam Fell. 2006, 84 mins. With the voices of Hugh Jackman, Kate Winslet, Ian McKellen. In this lively computer-animated comedy, London high-society mouse Roddy is flushed down the toilet by Syd, a common sewer rat. What follows is a madcap adventure deep in the bowels of Ratropolis, where Roddy meets the resourceful Rita, the rodent-hating Toad, and his faithful thugs Spike and Whitey. A. O. Scott of The New York Times called Flushed Away a work of “exuberant and infectious silliness.”

Free with Museum admission.
