Official NYC 2018 Tai Chi & Qigong Day

To observe New York City’s Tai Chi & Qigong Day and celebrate the Museum’s Fist and Sword film series, there will be demonstrations and open practice from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Museum courtyard (enter the Museum courtyard from 37 street). Demonstrations are scheduled on a first-come, first-scheduled basis. At 11:00 a.m. there will be a featured demonstration by Master Pingzhen Cheng of Sun Style Internal Martial Arts.
Admission is free for the events in the courtyard. After the events in the George S. Kaufman Courtyard, participants are welcome to visit the Museum’s galleries at a discounted admission of $10 adults (18+) / $7 senior citizens (65+) and students with ID.
