Spring Recess Family Activities: MoMI Goes Green! (Green Family Activities)

On the Saturday before Earth Day, MoMI will host family-focused environmental screenings and workshops at the Museum in partnership with WNET. From 12:00 to 3:00 p.m., families can see the award-winning PBS Kids series Cyberchase in English and Spanish; then from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., children and their caregivers can explore STEM-related activities in the Museum’s Moving Image Studio drop-in workshop. The activities will introduce families to environmental education videos, games, and activities and encourage viewing, playing, and learning as a family about living green lifestyles. This Green Family event will help parents and children to develop healthy conservation family habits. Recommended for ages 4+
