Dirs. Clarissa Campolina, Helvecio Marins, Jr. 2011, 90 mins. DCP. After the death of her husband, 81-year-old Bastu seeks a new life in the small rural town of Minas Gerais. This ghost story of deep poetic beauty, with fascinating real-life characters playing themselves and stunning pictorial compositions, was a highlight of Venice Film Festival Orizzonti in 2011.
