Writer-director Noah Baumbach and actress Jennifer Jason Leigh collaborated on Margot at the Wedding. The film, which has the intimate feel of a home movie yet is razor-sharp in its portrayal of family pathology, stars Leigh and Nicole Kidman as estranged sisters who try to patch up their relationship during a family celebration.
