First Look 2020 Online Edition

First Look is the Museum’s festival of new, innovative international cinema. The ninth edition was scheduled to take place March 11 through 15. The festival opened on Wednesday, March 11 with a Reverse Shot symposium and work-in-progress events, followed by the New York premiere of Hubert Sauper’s Epicentro. On March 13, the festival was suspended, due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Despite the closing of the Museum building, some First Look programs will continue in a new series of online screening events and virtual conversations. Programs will be added as they are confirmed.
