An Excavation of Light: Single-Player RPG Museum Experience
What would a robot from the distant future make of a museum, and of the relics of human culture stored within? When humans are gone, what stories will our artifacts tell those who might come after? Inspired by the rise of solo role-playing games during the pandemic, this participatory, game-like experience created by Game Artist in Residence Sharang Biswas and featuring the MoMI education team, invites you to explore the museum in a new light, and engage with stories of futuristic characters trying to understand humans through the art they left behind.
Please note: Players may start anytime between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m. and should plan for at least an hour of play time. Must be 17 or older to play.
This game will also be offered on Saturday, September 25.
